Welcome to Farallone View

Taking the time to notice the beauty around you and within you is an important focus at Farallone View.  We embrace teaching mindfulness to help students develop self-awareness, build stress resilience, regulate emotions, and cultivate healthy relationships.  These life skills are the core of social emotional learning.  Teachers create mindful moments with students at least once a day.

Farallone View has historically been a school that thrives on community participation and hosts signature events such as Continent Day, Oceans Week, Winter Festival, Talent Show, and Garage Sales that serve as a catalyst for bringing everyone together and advancing community building, art and creativity, thematic teaching, multicultural exposure, world cuisine, fundraising, and recycling.

Campus Modernization

Our campus will be under construction beginning summer of 2023. Our main office has relocated to the B-building so that Phase I of our two-phase modernization process can take place. Please see the architectural renderings to get a sense of what our campus will look like after construction. Thank you for understanding and please pardon our dust.

Sweeping ocean vistas and hillsides brimming with plant and animals provide an outdoor lab where students learn environmental science.  Young explorers visit the Golden Gate National Recreation Area and get hands-on nature lessons from park rangers.  On campus, observation-based, outdoor science instructions enriches and deepens their study of reading, writing and mathematics.
